This policy explains what information we collect when you call, text, or chat with a C2Ai Solutions system on behalf of a business we serve, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Contact details you provide — name, phone number, email address, business name and website, and the details of what you're asking about.
Conversation content — a transcript and recording of calls handled by the AI, and the transcript of website chats and text messages, so we can serve you and improve accuracy.
Caller identification data — the phone number you call from, and standard network metadata such as call time and duration.

How we use it

To answer your call or message, understand what you need, and route or book it with the business you're trying to reach.
To send you the confirmation and follow-up messages you asked for.
To keep records for that business (a CRM record, appointment, or message history).
To operate, secure, and improve the service, including quality review of AI interactions.

Sharing

We share your information with the business whose line you contacted, and with service providers who help us operate (telephony, messaging, hosting, artificial-intelligence processing, and calendar/CRM systems). We do not sell your information.

Text messaging (SMS)

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to call the business.

Retention

We keep conversation records for as long as needed to serve the business relationship and to meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify them.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing c2aisolutions@gmail.com or calling (720) 403-0682. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
